Model Hub Pro prepares and queues messages, but successful delivery depends on the configured mail provider, domain authentication, reputation, and recipient systems.
Recommended setup
- Use a dedicated transactional mail provider.
- Configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for the sending domain.
- Set a recognizable From name and monitored reply address.
- Test verification, password reset, purchase, support, and update messages.
- Monitor queue failures, bounces, and complaints.
Do not use a personal mailbox password when the provider requires an application password or API credential.
