Use Model Hub Lite for a monthly payment
Privora Labs can offer Model Hub Lite as either a permanent one-time license or a monthly software subscription. The available purchase choices and monthly price are controlled from the Model Hub Lite product settings.
First payment and activation
The first month is charged immediately through the configured Leaders by Authorize.net credit-card processor. After the transaction is verified, Privora Labs creates the recurring schedule, activates the Model Hub Lite subscription license, and places the protected download in the client area.
No grace period
Every subscription has an exact paid-through date and time. If a renewal has not been successfully paid by that time, the subscription becomes expired, the license is revoked, protected downloads stop, and the licensing API returns an inactive subscription response. Subscription licenses do not receive an offline activation certificate or an offline grace period.
Automatic reactivation
When a later verified subscription payment is received, Privora Labs extends the paid-through time and automatically reactivates the same Model Hub Lite license. The customer does not need a replacement key or a fresh software installation.
Canceling renewal
A client may cancel future automatic renewal from the Client Area. The existing license remains active only through the already-paid period and then expires. The client can begin a new subscription later to reactivate the same license.
Online validation
The installed Model Hub Lite site must be able to reach the Privora Labs licensing gateway over HTTPS. The subscription policy advertises zero offline grace and zero validation cache so an unpaid license stops at the paid-through boundary.
